Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase and satisfied with your Scrape Rope product.  

Returns

Unused rope kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all included components.  Due to the scent sensitive nature of hunting products, used ropes cannot be returned.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.  Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.  We will make it right.

Exchanges

If you need a different rope length or product variation, contact us and we will help arrange an exchange when possible.
